Sheela also coaches clients to become 'relationship-smarter', writing and speaks regularly on family, relationship and divorce matters in the national media, to empower everyone to have stronger blueprints for more fulfilling relationships and prevent the devastating consequences of relationship breakdown, where possible.

She travels extensively and is well-versed in understanding and managing cultural diversity in working and public life.
